During my recent gourmet getaway at Tilsitt Etoile, I had the pleasure of indulging in the culinary delights offered by the hotel's restaurant. The restaurant's ambiance exuded a sophisticated charm, creating the perfect setting for a memorable dining experience. Upon entering, I was drawn to the bright and welcoming atmosphere, which despite being located in the basement, still managed to feel airy and inviting. The breakfast spread was a true highlight, offering a wide array of delectable dishes to start the day on a high note.What struck me most were the coffee facilities at the bar. La Fabbrica, located a mere 0.06 km away, provided a cozy spot to savor a cup of artisanal coffee while taking in views of the Seine. It felt like a true Parisian experience, blending the city's charm with gourmet delights. From savory bulgogi to wood-fired pizzas, the gastronomic adventure was truly a feast for the senses.Tilsitt Etoile exceeded my expectations, not only in terms of accommodation but also in delivering a culinary experience that celebrated the vibrant food scene of Paris. I highly recommend this hotel to any traveler looking to indulge in the gastronomic delights of the City of Light.
